tsuga's certainly the fickle type. eccentric and dodgy, she's normally found either completely absorbed in genomics research or simply making herself a pot of tea and reading a book. she gets along especially well with those who share her love of knowledge, but she can make friends with both driven and laid-back types. she is a little of both, after all. her bouts of anxiety are a little bit hard to deal with, but her talent in her subject makes up for it. and honestly, she would never turn down someone to gush to about the plot of her favorite novels. she gets along well with kids, as her original pursuit was to be a schoolteacher. she never talks down to people. she gets along slightly better with other women.ENEMIES
tsuga, despite her seemingly-carefree nature at times, is extremely serious when it comes to the protection of kalos, especially lumiose city. while she's easy to get along with, people who have no affection for pokemon or are willing to pollute kalos' natural biomes are often met with slight disgust. when it comes to children, she'll often sit down to talk with the rowdier ones and try to change their ways. she's really not a fan of workaholics who try to push their methodical ways on others, and also people who take nothing seriously. she tries her best to find a happy medium between the two. she's also really not cool with anyone who doesn't abide by a scientific code of ethics.LOVERS
mariko tsuga is a lesbian, so her romantic interests mainly skew towards other female-identifying characters. since she's awfully focused on her work, she's not really interested in a relationship like that at the moment, but when she was in high school she was awfully notorious for swinging in and out of relationships with a few girlfriends. someone would probably have to approach her first to spark that kind of thing again, since she lost that coquettish side of her personality when she decided to put her job ahead of relationships.deltra of gangnam style
